The organisation

A school group with more than one campus in Dubai. Academic leadership is in place. Operations is not keeping up: facilities, transport, procurement, vendors, and the parent-facing services that sit outside the classroom.

The work

• Own campus operations: facilities, transport, security, catering and vendors.
• Hold the operations budget and the contracts under it.
• Make parent-facing services reliable: the things people complain about when they fail.
• Work with principals so operations serves the school day, not the other way round.
• Standardise what should be the same across campuses, and leave the rest alone.

Who we are looking for

• Operations leadership in schools, hospitality or another multi-site service business in the UAE.
• Used to parents, principals and vendors in the same week.
• Commercial enough to run a budget, practical enough to walk a campus.
• All nationalities.
