HR Engine was formed in 2023 in response to the founding team's collective recognition of an underserved area in UAE recruitment – Emiratisation, and a shared interest in contributing effectively to the UAE’s prosperity.
Emiratisation is a UAE Government initiative designed to ensure the socioeconomic development of the nation. It presents an opportunity for Emirati nationals to reach their full potential, working alongside international experts and affords international companies an opportunity to integrate talented Emirati nationals within their companies and benefit from local perspectives. It also, importantly, ensures that the Emirati culture and values which define the nation will endure and be represented in the modern developing UAE.

The HR Engine founding team consists of HR Professionals with a shared goal – to produce an end-to-end recruitment solution for an empowered and sustainable UAE, dedicated to Emiratisation.
Leveraging their diverse backgrounds (in law, governance, technology, oil and gas and management), cultural insight as UAE Nationals and long-term residents, and combined regional professional networks (built over a collective span of more than 55 years in the UAE), the founding team has created a unique offering that allows the private sector to attract, recruit and importantly, retain, the best Emirati talent – from graduate level through to CEO.
