The HR Engine founding team consists of HR Professionals with a shared goal – to produce an end-to-end recruitment solution for an empowered and sustainable UAE.
Leveraging their diverse backgrounds (in law, governance, technology, oil and gas and management), cultural insight as UAE Nationals and long-term residents, and combined regional professional networks (built over a collective span of more than 45 years in the UAE), the founding team has created a unique offering that allows the private sector to attract, recruit and importantly, retain, the best Emirati and expat talent – from graduate level through to CEO.
