Licensing Manager

The organisation

A healthcare operator with facilities in Abu Dhabi. Licensing is the constraint on growth: clinicians, premises, services. This role owns the relationship with the regulator and the internal queue that feeds it.

The work

• Own clinician, facility and service licensing with DOH, end to end.
• Keep the tracker honest: what is in, what is stuck, who owes the next action.
• Work with medical directors, HR and operations so files go in complete.
• Handle inspections, conditions and renewals without last-minute panic.
• Brief the executive when a licence is the thing standing in front of a service.

Who we are looking for

• UAE National.
• Healthcare licensing experience in Abu Dhabi, ideally DOH.
• Organised, persistent, and unwilling to let a file sit.
• Arabic and English. Used to a regulator's pace.
