HR Business Partner

The organisation

A UAE bank with branches and a head-office function in Sharjah. This is a Talent Cloud role: a genuine HRBP seat, not a secondment in name only. The partner will cover a defined business unit and report into HR leadership.

The work

• Partner a business unit on hiring, performance, movement and exits.
• Run the people agenda for that unit against the bank's HR policy and CBUAE expectations.
• Support Emiratisation in the unit: pipeline, onboarding and whether people actually stay.
• Coach line managers. Escalate what cannot be solved locally.
• Keep employee relations clean and documented.

Who we are looking for

• UAE National.
• HR experience in banking or another regulated UAE employer.
• Comfortable with managers who want a partner, not a form-filler.
• Arabic and English.
